Paul Quertermous, LICDC, LPC
Executive Director
Paul comes to us with rich and varied life experience. With over twenty years in industrial maintenance and management, Paul also holds a master of arts degree in clinical mental health counseling, as well as Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) and Licensed professional counselor (LPC) credentials. He has been working in the counseling field for four years and is a graduate of the Prospect House Recovery model. Additionally, Paul holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville (2009) and progressed through two years of family medicine residency. He has been in successful recovery for ten years.
Butch England, LCDC III
Clinical Director
Butch provides clinical supervision and program management of our men’s residential program. Butch, an alumnus of Prospect House, provides an insight into the experience of our residents that is unmeasurable. With 20+ years of experience in social services and counseling Butch is committed to ensuring every man receive the quality care they deserve and continuing the legacy of Prospect House.
Carla Patrick
Director of Finance
Carla has served at Prospect House since 2013. She carries years of experience in finance and business management within the for profit and nonprofit sectors. in her role as the Director of Finance she is responsible for all aspects of financial operations.
